Muttahida Quami Movement generally known as MQM, is a liberal political party in Pakistan. It is generally known as a party which holds strong mobilizing potential in Karachi.  The student organization, All Pakistan Muhajir Student Organization (APMSO), was founded in 1978 by Altaf Hussain which subsequently gave birth to the Muhajir Quami Movement in 1984. 
In election 2013, MQM is  not apper to be a big party. MQM campign only focus on karachi. MQM will got seats only from karachi. MQM WILL only get seats from Sindh. but MQM is consider to be 4th big party of Pakistan.shocking but true............
